a) No order will be shipped on holidays. Purchase may not be processed until the following business day. Business Day is From Monday to Friday.

About International Shipping
a) Shaperin is not responsible for import duties since each country have its own policies. Our shipping times are guaranteed, however, local customs office in your country can cause delays in the delivery time of your order.
b) International shipping with tracking service.

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, CA etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
