Return & Exchange
Shaperin products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from date of purchase. This warranty, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair or product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller.
We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in unused, original condition with all tags attached.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at service@shaperin.com and include the following:
Pictures of:

Internal tags showing style number and size
-
Product in its entirety

Bottom of soles showing tread
-
Defective area
-
Proof of purchase within 60 days from Shaperin website

Explanation of problem
You’ll receive an email when the team has reviewed your claim. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return&Exchange address to you.
Please ship the items back to the address we provide to you, please include the order number.
Return Shipping Cost:

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), Shaperin will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid shipping label.

If the return is for other reasons (size, preference, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
