Q: How to place an order?

Step 2: Select color, size, and quantity.
Step 3: Click the “Add to Cart” button.
Step 4: Review your cart. If correct, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
Step 5: Log in or sign up.
Step 6: Fill in required information: Customer Details, Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Payment Method.
Step 7: Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
Step 8: Enter your PayPal details.
Step 9: Submit payment to complete your order.
Q: Can you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide for both sample and bulk orders.
Q: How to pay for my order?
A: We accept PayPal. You will receive a payment confirmation email shortly after completion.
Q: What can I do if I have problems with checkout?

Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?
A: A confirmation email with your order ID and item list will be sent after payment.
a. If not received within 2 hours, check your spam/junk folder.
b. Add our email to your safe sender list.
c. If still missing, email service@shaperin.com for support.
Q: How do I track my package?
A: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Track it via the carrier’s official website.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

a. Contact us within 2 hours: 10% transaction fee applies.
b. After 2 hours: 20% transaction and handling fee applies.
Q: Can I return the order?
A: Yes. Unworn items can be returned within 7 days for exchange.
