Q: How to place an order?

A:

Step1:Click on your favourite product.

 

 

step-2: Select color, size, quantity that you want
step-3: Click on the “ Add to Cart”
step-4: Confirm all the items that you want,If you confirm, please click on the “ PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’’
step-5: Go to login or sign up
Step-6: Finalizing your order by filling out all the information needed: Customer Information, Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Payment Method
Step-7: Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
Step-8: Fill in your Paypal information

Step-9: Make a payment and submit your order

 

 

Q: Can you ship to my country?

A: Yeah, no problem, we can ship to your country. We can ship the single item samples or large orders to "worldwide".

 

Q: How to pay for my order?

A: You can pay for your order by Paypal.Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

 

Q: What can I do if I have problems with checkout ?

A: Don't worry, please email us at service@shaperin.com. We would be very please to assist you.

 

Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed ?

A: Once you’ve finished the payment and submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  It confirms that your order was successfully submitted. We’ll send a receipt that includes an unique order ID and a list of all the items that you ordered. There are some occasions you need to know.

a. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please figure out how long it had been, the confirmation email can take up a couple of hours to get to your mailbox.
b. If you wait a very long time, please check your spam or junk mail folder in case it is there. Please add our email to your safe list mailbox !
c. if there is still no confirmation email from us, please email us: service@shaperin.com, we would love to help.

 

 

 

Q: How do know where my package is ?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that confirms that your order had been shipped and we will provide the shipping tracking number so that you can track your package status through the shipping company official website

 

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing the order ?

A:If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
B.If after 2 hours, 20% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

Q: Can I return the order?

A:Yes, within 7 days if you are not satisfied, you can send back for exchange.

Q: How do I wash shaperin shapewear?

A: It's better wash it by hands to for its long lasting performance.

 

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

A: Each product description is included with the size chart, you can consider the size through our size chart.

 

Q: How do I measure waist/hips/bust correctly?

A: Prepare measuring tape, please remove or raise your clothing for accurate measurement. Wrap measuring tape around your midsection and check the numbers to find the correct measurement.
